摘要
本文采用双向平行排布有机塑料光纤的方法,以水泥基砂浆作为基体材料制备出了透光混凝土制品,考察光纤体积掺量对透光混凝土力学性能及透光率的影响。结果表明:当光纤体积掺量为3%以内时,混凝土抗压强度未有明显变化,当光纤体积掺量超过3%时,混凝土抗压强度随着光纤体积掺量的增大而降低,透光率与光纤体积率的比值随着体积率的提高逐渐增大,波长大于500nm时,光纤透光率处于稳定状态。
In this paper, the method of two-way parallel arrangement of plastic optical fiber, cement-based mortar as a base material to prepare a light-tra-nsmitting concrete products, and analysis the effect of fiber volume fraction on properties and light tra-nsmittance of the light transmitting concrete mechanics. The results show that the compressive strength of concrete does not change obviously when the volume fraction of fiber is less than 3%. When the volume of fiber is more than 3%, the compressive strength of concrete decreases with the increase of fiber volume. The ratio of light transmittance to fiber volume ratio increases with the increase of volume ratio, and when the wavelength is greater than 500 nm, the transmittance of optical fiber is in a stable state.
