低流态水下不分散混凝土制备及性能研究

摘要 本文通过调整胶凝材料用量及水胶比制备了水下不分散混凝土,并研究了这两个参数对混凝土性能的影响。结果表明,胶凝材料用量和水胶比均不同程度影响混凝土的工作性能、力学性能及抗分散性能;通过控制胶凝材料用量400kg/m^3及水胶比0.45可制备出整体性能最佳的C20水下不分散混凝土。 Underwater anti-washout concrete was prepared with different cementitious materials content and water to binder ratio, and its influence on properties of concrete were studied. Results show that, both cementitious materialscontent and water to binder ratio affect the working performance, mechanical properties and anti-washout resistance of concrete in different degree. C20 grade underwater anti-washout concrete with good properties was prepared with cementitious materials content of 400kg/m^3 and water to binder ratio of 0.45.
