摘要
本文研究了广西地区机制砂在低强度等级混凝土中的应用方式。结果表明:广西低强度等级机制砂混凝土具有"低胶材、高粉量"的特点,且混凝土具有良好的工作性和力学性能;在一定条件下,机制砂应用在低强度等级混凝土中,石粉含量可在10%的基础上适当放宽;机制砂应用在低强度等级混凝土中时,砂率较天然砂要高,且控制拌合物的用水量和含气量也较低。
Research on the applicationofmanufactured sand in Guangxi in region, especially in the low strength grade concrete. The results showed that, Guangxi low strength grade manufactured sand concrete has the characteristics of 'low plastic material, high amount of powder'. And concrete has good workability and mechanical properties.In certain conditions, the manufactured sand used in low-grade concrete, limestone powder can be relaxed on the basis of 10%; The manufactured sand ratio is higher than natural sand, and the control mixture of water and gas content is lower, when the manufactured sand is used in low strength grade concrete.
