一体式重力再循环冷风机传热系数预测模型的计算 被引量:2

Calculation of heat transfer coefficient prediction model for integrated gravity recirculation cooler

摘要 为选取适用于计算一体式重力再循环冷风机传热系数的预测模型,在冷凝温度30.00℃,库温0.00、-5.00、-10.00、-15.00、-20.00、-25.00和-30.00℃工况下,依据实验结果计算得冷风机传热系数,与采用公式模拟计算获得的冷风机传热系数进行对比分析。结果表明:当库温低于-20.00℃时,可采用Chawla和流体横向流过肋片管束关联式,误差维持在8%以内;当库温高于-20.00℃时,可采用Shah和横向流过肋片管束关联式,误差在15%以内。 In order to select the predictive model for calculating the heat transfer coefficient of the integrated gravity recirculation air cooler,the heat transfer coefficient of the cooling fan was calculated according to the experimental results under the conditions of condensing temperature of 30.00℃,storage temperature of 0.00,-5.00,-10.00,-15.00,-20.00,-25.00 and-30.00℃respectively.And the obtained results were compared with the heat transfer coefficient of the air cooler obtained by the formula simulation calculation.It turns out that,when the cold storage temperature is below-20.00℃,the error between calculation result using J.Chawla&H.L formulas and experimental result is the minimum,remained within 8%.When the cold storage temperature is above-20.00℃,the error between calculation result using Shah&H.L formulas and experimental result is the minimum,the maximum error is remained within 15%.
