摘要
以含Fe3 + 离子催化剂的粉煤灰酸性浸取液为吸收剂 ,研究其烟气脱硫的控制条件。实验表明 ,含过渡金属离子Fe3 + 离子催化剂的酸性粉煤灰浸取液具有很强的脱硫能力 (85 %以上 )。本实验研究了烟气脱硫的最佳pH范围、L/G、S(Ⅳ )浓度和Fe3 + 浓度。
Fly-ash acid leachate with Fe 3+ catalyst solution in controlling condition of the SO 2 absorption. Experiment showed: fly-ash acid leachate with Fe 3+ catalyst had very strong ability of desulphurizing(above 85%). The optimum pH ranges, the ratio of liquor to gas, concentration of S(Ⅳ)and concentration of Fe 3+ of desulphurizing were studied.
