摘要
针对反应釜夹套换热存在滞后的情况,提出了一种间断加汽的自动控制方法。经过试验,该方法将一个开阀周期所导致的数个升温周期设为一组,通过WinCC控件对开阀进行程序控制,有效地实现了釜内温度均匀而缓慢地升温,满足了工艺要求。
An automatic control method of disconnected steam-adding is proposed for the hysteresis of heat-exchanging between the jacket and reactor. Several temperature-increasing periods of an open-valve period was set as a group in this method. The open-valve was controlled with WinCC control-ware, the temperature of reactor increased slowly and evenly was realized, and the requirement of process was satisfied.
