通过讲述PLC控制系统在塑料挤压造粒设备改造中的成功应用 ,概述了该设备的工艺运行特点 ,阐述在设备运行中对混炼机、喂料机、熔融泵及切粒机等主要部件的联锁控制及对相关回路的PID控制 ,介绍了控制系统总体方案 。
Through telling that PLC control system pushes the successful application that make the transforming in equipment of pinch and build plastics grains,have summed up the craft operation characteristic of this equipment.Explain to interlocking control of Mix-Smelter,Feeder,Melting pump and Pelletizers,etc.other main of part,and to PID control of relevant circuit in operating of the equipment.Have recommended the overall scheme of the control system,the design in hardware form,composition of the systems soft ware and function characteristic.
