摘要
商业秘密已经成为市场竞争的重要砝码 ,保护商业秘密是各国立法所日益关注的问题。我国已有的保护商业秘密的法律还不足以全面系统 ,需要制定单独的专门保护法 。
Business secret has become important weight of market competition and each country pays more and more attention to protecting business secret.Our country's existing law for protecting business secret is not adequate and needs instituting single specific protection law to suit the requirement of our reform and open-up.
