摘要
本文在简述两种关于档案信息开发定义之后 ,提出了新的定义 ,并对档案信息资源开发的涵义、特征。
The paper briefly states the two definitions about the development of archival information resources and gives a new one.It also discusses the meanings,characters and forms of the development of archival information rescources.
