摘要
通过示差扫描量热分析和热重分析以及凝胶时间、吸水率和电性能测试研究了二烯丙基双酚A(DAB)和双酚A(BPA)的加入对双酚E型氰酸酯性能的影响。结果表明,45 d沸水浸泡后DAB质量分数10%的改性氰酸酯的吸水率较未改性氰酸酯下降了1.5%。7 000~19 000 MHz下DAB改性氰酸酯的介电性能较未改性氰酸酯有显著提高,介电性能随着DAB用量的增加而提高。相同用量下DAB改性氰酸酯的各项性能优于BPA。但双酚化合物会使氰酸酯的耐热性降低。
The effects of diallyl bisphenol A(DAB)and bisphenol A(BPA)on the properties of bisphenol E cyanate ester(CE)were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry,thermal gravimetric analysis and testings of gel time,water absorption and electrical performance. The results showed that the water absorption of 10wt% DAB modified CE after immersion in boiling water for45 d was decreased by 1.5% compared with that of unmodified CE. At 7 000~19 000 MHz,the dielectric properties of DAB modified CE were significantly improved compared with that of unmodified CE and the dielectric properties were increased with the increasing of DAB amount. The performance of the DAB modified CE were better than that of BPA modified CE under the same adding amount.However,the heat resistance of CE was decreased by the adding of bisphenol compounds.
