潘库溴铵预注气管插管影响因素的综合分析 被引量:3

摘要 ASA Ⅰ~Ⅱ级择期全麻手术18例,男14,女4,用潘库溴铵预注法诱导插管,应用正交试验L_(18)(3~7)方法,观察0.01、0.015、0.02mg/kg三种不同水平的预注量(PD);4、5、6min预注时间(PI)及0.08、0.10、0.12mg/kg插管剂量(ID)对预注效果的影响,求出影响预注效果的最主要因素和每个因素的最佳水平从而提出合理的预注模式。本研究得出:ID是最主要因素;PD 0.02mg/kg、PI 6min、ID 0.12mg/kg是潘库溴铵预注的最佳模式。另选全麻手术5例,用该模式预注观察,证明本研究结果基本可靠。 18 ASA Ⅰ--Ⅱ surgical cases under procaine balanced anesthesia tracheal intubating with pancuronium using priming principle were studied. The effects of three levels of priming dose (PD): 0. 01, 0. 015, 0. 02mg/kg; pliming interval (PI): 4, 5, 6min and intubation dose (ID): 0. 08, 0. 10, 0. 12mg/kg were observed using orthogonal design in order to obtain the most important factor and the best levels during priming principle pancuronium. It is demom- strated that ID is the most important factor and PD 0. 02mg/kg, PI 6 min and ID 0. 12mg/kg are the best model of priming pancuronium. Another 5 patients using the above mode were studied. It is found that our results are cor- rect basically.
