摘要
【目的】探讨寒喘祖帕颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)风寒袭肺证的疗效及其对血清巨噬细胞炎性蛋白-1α(MIP-1α)和P物质(SP)水平的影响。【方法】将250例CVA患儿随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各125例。2组患儿均根据病情给予对症治疗,对照组同时给予孟鲁司特钠咀嚼片口服治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予寒喘祖帕颗粒口服治疗,疗程均为4周。观察2组患儿治疗前后咳嗽症状评分、风寒袭肺证证候评分及血清MIP-1α和SP水平的变化情况,评价2组患儿的临床疗效。【结果】(1)治疗4周后,观察组的总有效率为94.40%,明显高于对照组的86.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)治疗后,2组患儿的日间和夜间咳嗽症状评分及风寒袭肺证证候(咳嗽、咽痒、咯痰)评分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且观察组的降低作用均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。(3)治疗后,2组患儿血清MIP-1α和SP水平均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.01),且观察组对血清MIP-1α和SP水平的降低作用均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。【结论】寒喘祖帕颗粒联合孟鲁司特钠治疗小儿CVA风寒袭肺证疗效显著,其疗效机制可能与下调血清MIP-1α和SP水平有关。
Objective To observe the efficacy of Hanchuan Zupa Granules combined with Montelukast SodiumChewable Tablets in treating pediatric cough variant asthma(CVA)with the syndrome of wind-cold attacking thelung,and to explore their effects on the serum levels of macrophage inflammatory protein 1α(MIP-1α)andsubstance P(SP).Methods Two hundred and fifty CVA children were randomly divided into observation group andcontrol group,125 cases in each group.All cases were given with symptomatic treatment according to the state ofthe illness,and additionally,the control group was given Montelukast Sodium Chewable Tablets orally and theobservation group was orally treated with Hanchuan Zupa Granules combined with Montelukast Sodium ChewableTablets.The treatment for the two groups covered 4 weeks.Before and after treatment,the scores of cough and thesymptoms of the syndrome of wind-cold attacking the lung were observed,and the serum levels of MIP-1αand SPwere detected in the two groups.After treatment,the efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.Results(1)Aftertreatment for 4 weeks,the overall response rate in the observation group was 94.40%,and was higher than that inthe control group(86.40%),the difference being statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)After treatment,thescores of daytime and night cough and the scores of the symptoms(cough,obstructive sensation in the throat,expectoration)of the syndrome of wind-cold attacking the lung in the two groups were decreased(P<0.01 compared with those before treatment),and the decrease in the observation group was superior to that in thecontrol group(P<0.01).(3)After treatment,the serum levels of MIP-1αand SP in the two groups were obviouslydecreased(P<0.01 compared with those before treatment),and the decrease in the observation group wassuperior to that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Hanchuan Zupa Granules combined with MontelukastSodium Chewable Tablets exert certain efficacy in treating pediatric CVA with the syndrome of wind-cold attackingthe lung,and the therapeutic me
