摘要
小脑萎缩作为神经系统一种少见疾病,可原发,可继发,临床上常常以步态异常、构音障碍为特点,严重影响患者生活,甚至危及生命。笔者通过检索CNKI、万方、Pubmed等数据库2008年—2018年期间不同针刺方法治疗小脑萎缩临床经验的相关文献,并对其进行综述,发现针刺治疗小脑萎缩手法丰富,在改善小脑萎缩所致的共济失调、构音障碍等临床症状方面疗效确切。
Cerebellar atrophy,a type of rare neurological diseases clinically characterized by gait abnormality and dysarthria,severely affects or even threatens the life of patients whether it is primary or secondary.The authors retrieved and reviewed the relevant literature on clinical experiences of different acupuncture methods for cerebellar atrophy in such databases as CNKI,Wanfang and Pubmed from 2008 to 2018.It has been found that there are a variety of acupuncture methods for cerebellar atrophy which have exact therapeutic effect in improving such clinical symptoms as ataxia and dysarthria induced by cerebellar atrophy.
