摘要
目的:观察参芪扶正注射液对胃癌术后患者癌因性疲乏及代谢状态的影响。方法:选取66例胃癌术后患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各33例。对照组进行常规胃癌术后治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予参芪扶正注射液治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后的癌因性疲乏评分、脂代谢及蛋白代谢指标。结果:治疗前,2组癌因性疲乏评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,观察组躯体、认知、情感、综合疲乏评分均显著低于治疗前,且低于同期对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05);对照组治疗2个周期后,躯体疲乏评分低于治疗前(P <0.05)。治疗前,2组脂代谢指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组的脂代谢指标均持续改善,且观察组的评估与检测结果均好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗前,2组蛋白代谢指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,2组蛋白代谢指标均持续改善,且观察组的评估与检测结果均好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:参芪扶正注射液有助于缓解胃癌术后患者的癌因性疲乏,且可辅助调节机体的代谢状态,临床应用价值较高。
Objective:To observe the effect of Shenqi Fuzheng injection on cancer-related fatigue and metabolic status in postoperative patients with gastric cancer.Methods:Selected 66 cases of postoperative patients with gastric cancer as study subjects,and divided them into the control group and the observation group randomly,33 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative treatment for gastric cancer,while the observation group additionally received Shenqi Fuzheng injection.Compared the scores of cancer-related fatigue and indexes of lipid metabolism and protein metabolism in both groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,comparing the scores of cancer-related fatigue in both groups,there were no significant differences being found(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of body,cognition,emotion and comprehensive fatigue in the observation group were significantly lower than those before treatment,being lower than those in the control group in the same period,differences being significant(P<0.05);after treatment for two weeks,the scores of bodily fatigue in the control group were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).Before treatment,comparing the indexes of lipid metabolism in both groups,there were no significant differences being found(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of lipid metabolism in both groups were improved continuously,and the evaluation and detection results in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,comparing the indexes of protein metabolism in both groups,there were no significant differences being found(P>0.05).After treatment,the indexes of protein metabolism in both groups were improved continuously,and the evaluation and detection results in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Fuzheng injection helps release cancer-related fatigue in postoperative patients with gastr
