摘要
目的:探究仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗中年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果。方法:将中年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折患者84例按随机数字表法将其分成2组,对照组42例采用阿仑膦酸钠肠溶片、钙尔奇治疗,观察组42例采用仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗。对比2组治疗前后骨密度、后椎体前缘丢失高度、伤椎Cobb角、Oswestry功能障碍指数(OD)I、视觉模拟评分量表(VAS)评分。结果:2组治疗前骨密度、后椎体前缘丢失高度、伤椎Cobb角比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,观察组骨密度较对照组升高,而后椎体前缘丢失高度、伤椎Cobb角则较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组治疗前ODI、VAS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,观察组ODI、VAS评分较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组治疗前OPG、ALP、钙离子(Ca2+)、BGP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。治疗后,观察组OPG、ALP水平较对照组升高,而Ca2+、BGP水平则较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗中年骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折的临床效果显著,可缓解患者疼痛,提高骨密度,改善肢体功能障碍,促进患者康复。
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Xianling Gubao capsules for osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures in middle-aged patients.Methods:Divided 84 cases of middle-aged patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures into two groups randomly,42 cases in each group.The control group received alendronate sodium enteric-coated tablets and Caltrate,while the observation group received Xianling Gubao capsules.Compared and analyzed bone mineral density,posterior vertebral body height lost,Cobb angle of the injured vertebra,Oswestry disability index(ODI)and scores of visual analogue scale(VAS)in both groups before and after treatment.Results:Before treatment,comparing bone mineral density,posterior vertebral body height lost,Cobb angle of the injured vertebra in both groups,there were no significant differences being found(P>0.05).After treatment,the bone mineral density in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the posterior vertebral body height lost and Cobb angle of the injured vertebra were decreased when comparing with the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,comparing ODI and scores of VAS in both groups,there were no significant differences being found(P>0.05).After treatment,ODI and scores of VAS in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,comparing the levels of OPG,ALP,Ca2+and BGP in both groups,there were no significant differences being found(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of OPG and ALP in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the levels of Ca2+and BGP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xianling Gubao capsules have significant effect in treating middle-aged patients with osteoporotic thoracolumbar vertebral compression fractures.It can alleviate pain,increase bone mineral density,improve limb dysfunctio
