摘要
目的:探讨中药穴位定向透药联合芒硝外敷治疗肠热腑实型麻痹性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:将70例患者随机分为实验组和对照组,各35例,对照组采用常规治疗及综合护理,包括原发病治疗、胃肠减压、禁食、抑酸、维持内环境稳定等,实验组在对照组的基础上加用中药穴位定向透药联合芒硝外敷治疗。观察比较2组患者临床疗效、中医证候疗效、肠鸣音恢复时间及排便恢复时间。结果:临床疗效总有效率实验组为65.7%,对照组为28.6%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。中医证候疗效总有效率实验组为65.7%,对照组40.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。治疗后,实验组患者肠鸣音恢复时间、排便恢复时间均明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:中药穴位定向透药联合芒硝外敷对肠热腑实型麻痹性肠梗阻有较好疗效,值得临床推广应用。
Objective:To discuss the clinical effect of point-directed medicine penetration of Chinese medicine combined with external application with Natrii Sulfas for paralytic ileus of intestinal heat and bowel excess type.Methods:A total of 70 cases of patients were randomly divided into the experiment group and the control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine treatment and comprehensive nursing,including treatment of primary disease,gastrointestinal decompression,fasting,acid suppression and maintenance of homeostasis,and the experiment group was additionally treated with point-directed medicine penetration of Chinese medicine combined with external application with Natrii Sulfas based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effect,curative effect of Chinese medicine syndrome as well as the recovery time of bowel sounds and defecation in the two groups were observed and compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 65.7%in the experiment group and 28.6%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of Chinese medicine syndrome was 65.7%in the experiment group and 40.0%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the recovery time of bowel sounds and defecation in the experiment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of point-directed medicine penetration of Chinese medicine combined with external application with Natrii Sulfas in treating paralytic ileus of intestinal heat and bowel excess type has better curative effect,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
