摘要
目的:分析中药口腔护理和中药擦浴对卧床患者的住院舒适度的影响。方法:将急诊住院的卧床患者200例,按入院顺序分2组各100例。对照组予常规生理盐水口腔护理和温水擦浴,实验组给予自制中药口腔护理和中药擦浴。通过视觉模拟评分法(VAS)将观察患者的口腔和皮肤症状分级,以此评估常规护理与中药护理对患者舒适度和满意度的差异。结果:实验组口腔、皮肤症状发生总发生率为9%,明显低于对照组(27%),差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组口腔、皮肤舒适度评分与护理满意度评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论:中药口腔护理和中药擦浴可以降低卧床患者口腔和皮肤症状的发生率,提高患者的住院舒适度。
Objective:To analyze the effect of oral care with Chinese herbal medicine combined with sponge bath with Chinese herbal medicine on the comfort of hospitalization in patients lying in bed.Methods:A total of 200 cases of patients lying in bed in emergency department were divided into two groups according to the order of admission,100 cases in each group.The control group was given routine oral care with saline and sponge bath with warm water,and the experiment group was given oral care with self-made Chinese herbal medicine and sponge bath with Chinese herbal medicine.The classification of symptoms in oral cavity and skin was observed through Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),so as to evaluate the differences of comfort and satisfaction in patients between routine nursing and Chinese medicine nursing.Results:The total incidence of symptoms in oral cavity and skin was 9%in the experiment group,obviously lower than that of 27%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The scores of comfort of oral cavity and skin as well as the nursing satisfaction in the experiment group were higher than those in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of oral care with Chinese herbal medicine combined with sponge bath with Chinese herbal medicine can reduce the incidence of symptoms in oral cavity and skin in patients lying in bed,and improve the comfort of hospitalization.
