摘要
课程改革已经从关注学生的知识结构、认知方式、学习过程、课程意识等走向关注学生发展的核心素养,这必然引发师范教育对学生专业核心素养培养的探索。师范生专业核心素养不仅关系到个体的竞岗、就业,更是未来教师做好教育工作的重要前提,是教师专业发展的关键因素,也是教育事业发展的坚实基础。师范生的专业核心素养包括学科综合素养、教育技能素养、职业道德素养等,全面的师范生专业核心素养可以使学生走上教师岗位后"站得稳、走得进、守得住"。师范教育应准确把握师范生专业核心素养的影响因素,加强系统设计,加快教学改革,创新实践课程,强化技能训练,为未来教师的健康成长提供平台和助推力。
The focus of curriculum reform has been developed from students' knowledge structure,cognitive style,learning process,curriculum consciousness,etc,to the enhancement of core professionalism for students' future accomplishment,which will inevitably lead to the exploration of core professionalism among normal school students. Core professionalism of normal school students is not only related to individual competition and employment of the students,but more importantly,it is a fundamental prerequisite for them to do a good job in their career,which is a key factor in the development of teacher profession,and a significant foundation of the future of education. A comprehensive core professionalism can support students to stand firm,commit themselves,and stay on the job. Normal education should provide a platform and support the success of future teachers.
