摘要
本文分析62例经病理证实的恶性肿瘤脊椎转移的CT表现,着重讨论脊椎转移瘤CT与常规X线片的比较、CT与X线片的选择及CT扫描方法的选择。作者认为:脊椎转移瘤仍以X线片为首选检查,CT 扫描方法可根据临床定位和有无X 线片来分别采用连续扫描法或定位精度扫描法,后者对椎管测量较客观。
A retrospective study of CT findings ofspinal metastasis comfirmed pathologically in62 patients were discussed in comparyingwith CT,radiography and selection of CTscan methods.The authors suggest thatradiography is the first choice,according toclinical localisation and radiography to takeas a continuous scan or localisation preci(?) scan methods,the later is more objective inmeasure of spinal canal.
