摘要
目的 :考察黄花倒水莲 (PFH)的药理作用 ,为其临床应用于梅尼埃病 (MD)提供一定实验依据。方法 :采用正弦波旋转所致家兔眩晕模型和手术破坏豚鼠内淋巴囊 (ES)所致膜迷路积水 (HL)模型 ,模拟梅尼埃病 (MD)的症状和病理变化。结果 :PFH 3g/kg可极显著抑制正弦波旋转所致眩晕家兔眼震的慢相角速度 ,并抑制其眼震持续时间 ,而对平均眼震频率无明显影响 ;PFH 5g/kg治疗给药 2 0天 ,可显著降低膜迷路积水 (HL)模型豚鼠听神经复合电位 (CAP)阈值 ,缩短其潜伏期。结论 :PFH具有一定抗眩晕 ,改善膜迷路积水所致听力损害的作用。
Objective:Effects of aqueous extract of Polygala Fallax Hesml.(PFH)on two animal models for Menièrè Disease(MD)were studied in this paper so as to provide some data for its clinical application in MD.Methods:Experimental vertigo of rabbits induced by sinusoidal rotation and endolymphatic hydrops of guinea pigs induced by destruction of the endolymphatic sac were used to observe the effects of PFH.Results:PFH(3g/kg,ig,once)significantly inhibited the slow-phase velocity of nystagnus and shorten the duration of nystagnus in experimental vertigo of rabbits induced by sinusoidal rotation.Meanwhile PFH(5g/kg,ig,for 20 days)markedly decreased the threshold of compound action potential(CAP)and shorten their latency of guinea pigs injured by destruction of the endolymphatic sac.Conclusion:The results suggested that PFH had the action of anti-vertigo and improving hearing,and provided solid pharmacological basis for its therapeutic use for MD.
