摘要
社会进步离不开创新性人才,创新性人才离不开创新型教师。高校作为创新性人才培养的主阵地,在选拔、使用高校教师的同时,理应不断完善教师管理,加快高校创新型教师的培养进程。
Social development needs innovative professionals and innovative professionals needs innovative teachers. Colleges and universities should attach importance to selecting,using and managing potential teachers to enhance the growth of teaching staff of creative mind and insights.
