摘要
民办教育立法问题是一个有研究价值的课题。通过对近年来相关研究的综述 ,明确了民办教育必须立法 ,但民办教育也面临着诸多法律难题 ,其中核心问题是如何界定民办教育的地位和性质以及产权、回报和税收问题。
The legislative issue regarding the privately-run education is well worth our exploration. The writer argues for legislation of the privately-run education owing to the concerned researches in the past two years. Even though the exploration might be impeded by certain legal frustrations, the handlings of such key issues as the definition, significance, and nature of the privately-run education will surely help pave the way for its final legislation in theory.
