摘要
改革开放以来农村人口大规模流动形成的“民工潮”对农村村民自治产生了不可忽视的影响。本文分析了“民工潮”给村民自治带来的积极影响和消极影响,并提出了消除“民工潮”对村民自治消极影响的对策。
The wave of migrant peasant laborers emerged since the reform and opening has influences on the villager抯 autonomy which can not be neglected. This paper analyzes not only the positive but also the negative influences. Based on the analysis, the solutions to diminishing the negative influences are put forward.
