摘要
毛泽东、邓小平都强调了民主集中制建设的重要性,毛泽东的认识主要是在党和国家政治生活这一层面上,邓小平则进一步从社会主义制度层面加以强调;毛泽东初步论述了民主和集中的辩证关系,但认识并不十分清楚、一贯,邓小平则进一步理顺了二者关系;在民主集中制的制度建设上,毛泽东只是初步破题,邓小平不仅充分认识到了制度建设的重要性,而且进行了全面论述。
This thesis compares the similarities and differences of Mao Zedong and Deng Xiaoping's ideas on the construction of democratic centralism:both of them stressed the importance of the construction of democratic centralism, but Mao Zedong mainly talked about it in terms of party and state's political life,whereas Deng Xiaoping stressed it in terms of socialist system;Mao Zedong made initial exposition of dialectical relationship between democracy and centralization, but his understanding wasn't very clear and consistent.Whereas,Deng Xiaoping further clarified the relationship;as for the construction of democratic centralism system,Mao Zedong only touched upon it, but Deng Xiaoping was not only broadly conscious of the importance of the construction of the system but also expounded it profoundly.
