摘要
本文给出了在定数截尾场合下利用三个次序统计量来构造三参数Weibull分布形状参数精确置信区间的方法,另外本文还给出了三参数Weibull分布三个参数的联合置信域。文章的最后,给出了Monte Carlo模拟例子并运用本文的方法求解了两个实例。
In the present paper, we develop a method of using three order statistics to derive the accurate confidential interval of shape parameter of threeparameter Weibull distribution under TYPEⅡ censored sample. In addition, we get the joint confidential interval of the three parameters of Weibull distribution. Finally, we present two examples to illustrate the method discussed in this paper.
