摘要
民族区域自治教育权对于民族地区尤其是自治地方发展民族教育具有重要作用。国家非常重视民族区域自治教育权的立法工作 ,取得了很大成绩 ,也存在一些问题。国家和自治地方加强多级立法是有效落实民族区域自治教育权的重要保障。
Autonomy in educational right in ethnic regions plays a very important role in developing ethnic education in ethnic regions,especially in autonomous regions . The state has attached great importance to the legislation work of autonomy in educational right in ethnic regions and has made great achievements. Still,some problems exist. To strengthen legislation at all levels of the state as well as o f autonomous regions is very important to guarantee the effective implementation of legislation of autonomy in educational right in ethnic regions.
