摘要
杨树皮类脂是一种新的树皮化学加工产品.产品中含有不饱和脂肪酸、甾醇、维生素E、磷脂、β-胡萝卜素等生物活性物质,且安全无毒.它可以作为医药及日化产品的药用添加剂,能有效地预防和治疗某些皮肤疾病,治疗冻疮有效率86.9％、皮肤皲裂有效率达100％.杨树皮类脂也可作畜禽饲料添加剂,能有效地促进畜禽生长和发育.该中试生产工艺合理,其最适工艺参数为:石油醚(v):干树皮(wt)2.5～3.0:1;萃取温度55～60℃;萃取时间4～5h;树皮粒度0.4～0.5cm。用小叶杨树皮作原料,按本中试工艺条件操作,树皮类脂萃取得率为绝干树皮重量的6～8％。
Poplar bark lipid is a new type bark chemical which contains biologically active substances such as un-saturated fatty acid, sterol. vitamin E, phospholipid. β-carotene etc. . It is safe and nontoxic. Application trials show that it can be used as biologically active ingredient in medicine and cosmetics. It is useful in treatment of skin disease. The curing rate of chilblains is 86. 9% and that of the skin slit is 100%. It can also be used for feeding poultry or pigs to accelerat their body growth.
The manufacturing process of the lipid is practicable and easily operated. The optimum processig conditions are ' material ratio: petroleum ether (vol) : dry bark (wt) = 2. 5-3. 0 : 1, temperature of extraction: 55-60℃ , time of extraction: 4-5h, bark size: 0. 4-0.5cm, lipid yield: 6-8% of dry Simon poplar ( Populus simonii Carr. ) bark.
