摘要
目的 :探讨普通外科病例分型医疗质量评价方法。方法 :运用病例分型的理论 ,对某医院普外科二个医疗组 2 0 0 3年一季度的医疗质量进行分析。结果 :普外科医疗组B的医疗质量要优于医疗组A。结论 :病例分型医疗质量评价方法增强质量评价的客观依据 ,解决了目前普通外科医疗工作中收治复杂危重病例与医疗指标达标之间的矛盾。
Objective: To discuss the method of appraising medical quality in general surgery. Methods: Analyzed medical quality of cases in two groups in general surgery in the first quarter of 2003 by theory of classification of cases. Results: The medical quality of B group is advanced than that of A group. Conclusion: This method enhanced the objective grounds in quality evaluation, and solved the contradiction between received severely injured patients and goal of medical indexs.
