摘要
目的 通过了解婚前女性生殖道预防保健知识情况 ,提高婚前女性生殖道感染预防保健意识。方法 对接受婚前医学检查者 ,按常规观看“生殖健康”录像后进行问卷调查 ,调查资料使用Epi5软件统计分析。结果 观看“生殖健康”录像宣教后 ,知晓女性生殖道感染引起原因 789例 ,知晓率 96 2 % ;知晓性病传播途径 80 0例 ,知晓率 97 6 % ;有关性病、生殖道感染预防保健知识知晓 795例 ,知晓率 97%。结论 通过卫生宣教、指导 ,可提高婚前女性生殖健康预防保健知识。
Objective To investigate the knowledge level in antennuptial women about reproductive health care and prophylactic methods in order to improve their conscuouss of prophylactic health care against reproductive tract infection.Methods The qustionary investigation to antenuptial women who underwent medical examination were conducted in our health care station from March to Agaust in 1999,after they had routinely watched video on reproductive health.The data was input to computer and statistically analysed by Epi5 software.Results Knowledge level of prophylactic health care against reproductive tract infection in antenuptial women was improved after watching video.789 women knew the reasons of female reproductive tract infection,and the percentage was 96.2%.800(97.6%) women knew the transmission ways of veneral disease.759(97%) women had knowledge of prophylactic health care of veneral disease and reproductive tract infection.Conclusion Medical education and instruction can fundamentally improve the knowledge level of reproductive health and prophylactic health care in antenuptial women.
