摘要
目的:分析心血管X综合征临床特点,并探讨其发病机制。方法:回顾性总结13例X综合征临床特点,有创及无创检查情况。结果:心血管X综合征临床表现、无创检查结果与冠心病相同,但冠状动脉造影正常。结论:冠状动脉造影对此病诊断十分重要,冠状动脉微小血管病变及血管内皮功能损伤是心血管X综合征发病机制。
Objective: To analyze the clinical characteristic and the pathogenesis of cardiac syndrome X. Methods: 13 cases with syndrome X were diagnosed by selective coronary arteriography. Clinical features, examined results and treated effect were analyzed. Results: Except coronary arteriography was normal, clinical characteristic, electrocardiogram, clinical test, echocardiography and myocardial perfusion imaging were extremely same with coronary heart disease. Conclusion: Selective coronary arteriography is very important for syndrome X. Coronary microvascular disease and endothelial dysfunction is the pathogenesis of cardiac syndrome X.
