摘要
目的了解社会对护士职业心理素质的要求,探讨培养适应现代护理发展需要的护士的目标及方法。方法采用开放式问卷收集临床护士对护士职业素质的看法,归类总结后再编制封闭式问卷,调查了764名临床护理人员,并开邀请会与临床护理和管理人员座谈,对调查结果进行讨论。结果护士的职业心理素质体现在八个方面,这八个方面的重要性有所不同。结论护士职业心理素质是一项非常重要的品质,护理教育应根据社会需求有针对性地培养,既要做到全面发展,又要有所侧重。
Objectiv e To study the aims and the way of training nurses to meet the needs of the devel opment of modern nursing.Methods A preliminary questionnaire was used to overtly survey nurses about their opinion of nurse's occupational capability.After sum ming up the results of the first questionnaire,a close questionnaire was worked out to perform a resurvey among764nurses.Then we invited nurses and nursing admi nistrators to discuss over the results of the resurvey by seminar.Res ults The o ccupational mental capability included8aspects which varied with their importanc e.Conclus ion The occupational mental capability is very important as part of nu rse's quality.In nursing education we should not only focus on the all-around d evelopment but also attach importance to single capability.
