成纤维细胞生长因子(FCF)是一种多功能非特异性活性物质,对内皮细胞、成纤维细胞、平滑肌细胞等多种中胚层和神经外胚层来源的细胞有促进DNA合成和促细胞分裂作用,还可延缓细胞系的衰老。其应用研究十分广泛,在临床上已正式局部外用于多种创伤修复。
Fibroblast Growth Factor (FGF) is a sort of multi - function non - specific active substance which promote the DNA synthesis and division of endothelial cell, fibroblast, smooth muscle cell, and many kind of cells from mesodermal and neural ectodermal layers. Otherwise, it delays the senility of cell series. Study on application of it is very extensive. It is regular in clinic to locally use FGF for repairing a variety of trauma.
