摘要
为适应三维辊锻模的设计要求,提出了基于三维中间毛坯模型的辊锻及模具设计方法,即通过构建辊锻件中间毛坯模型来进行变形量的计算和分配、确定型槽截面尺寸和纵向尺寸,并用Solidworks进行成功实现,提高了辊锻模具的设计质量和效率。
For meeting the demands of3D roll forging die design,a method based on middle3D blank model has been introduced to distribute and calculate deformation and to determine sectional dimensions and longitudinal di-mensions through building middle blank model which has been realized by Solidworks,hence higher quality and ef-ficiency of design of roll forging die.
