摘要
对菊粉水解生产高果糖浆工业生产中酸的浓度对水解程度的影响进行了研究.通过研究水解液酸浓度与菊粉水解程度的关系,确定了最佳工艺条件:在菊粉浓度为10%,硫酸体积百分比为2.2%,水解温度为70℃条件下,水解60min.
In the industrial production of concentrated fructose syrup from h yd rolysis of haliantus tuber, the effect of acidity has been researched. The opt imum technology conditions are obtained by studying the relation of hydrolytic d egree with acidity. They are: 2.2% (v/v) of H2SO4 at 70 ℃ for 60min in 10% haliantus tuber solution.
