摘要
结合生产实践,探讨了冷压球团工艺的成球机理及固结指出,根据合适的粒度、配比、水分等工艺参数,通过一定的压制力、干燥等过程,可生产出满足工艺指标要求的球团。
On the basis of the practice, balling-up machanism and consolidation of cold briquetting are probed into. It is pointed out that according to appropriate size, burdening ratio and moisture, the briquetting can be produced by pressing and drying to meet the demands of technological indexes.
