摘要
"双师型"教师队伍建设是提高高职高专教育教学质量的关键,文中简述了"双师型"教师含义、特征及师资建设现状,重点探讨了建设"双师型"教师的途径,并就存在的问题提出了建议,以期为高职高专师资部门人员提供借鉴与参考。
This essay states the meaning,characters and cultivation of teachers with double diplomas. The current state of the construction of teaching staff and the solutions to the exiting problems are also related for the reference to those who are in charge of the staffs in higher educational institutions.
