摘要
根据变传动比转向器的工作原理 ,推导出齿廓加工数学模型 ,利用AutoCAD2 0 0 2所提供的三维造型功能和内嵌的VLISP开发环境 ,实现了变传动比齿轮插齿加工的动态模拟仿真 ,并实现了对仿真模型进行测试 。
According to the principle of variable ratio steering gear , a mathematical model of machining tooth profile is derived. By using 3-D Design function provided by AutoCAD2002 and VLISP programming environment, the dynamic simulation of variable ratio gear slotter is realized, and simulation model can also been tested. The practical result of design indicates the mode which this paper described is credible.
