摘要
针对火电厂汽轮机监测保护系统 (TSI)偶尔出现参数显示异常 ,但异常现象随时间的推移又消失的情况 ,介绍了TSI系统安装调试的要点。特别要做到的是 :(1 )合理准确地安装和定位测量传感器和传感器支架 ;(2 )规范连接测量线路 ;(3)正确设置运行、报警和保护参数 ;(4 )认真记录安装、调试全过程的各个细节。
Directing against occurance of indicative parameters' accidental abnormality and disappearing again with lapse of time in turbine supervisory instrument (TSI)system at thermal power plants, some key points for installing and debugging TSI system have been presented. Especially the following points should be accomplished:(1) installing reasonably and accurately the measuring sensors and their supports in fixed positions; (2) connecting normally the measuring circuits; (3) setting correctly the patameters of operation, alarming, and protection; (4) registering carefully the details in whole course of installing and debugging TSI system.
