摘要
介绍一种用于太阳能集热装置的自动二维旋转台。它采用PSD传感器的方法,间接测量入射光线与固定平面法线的夹角,通过单片机来控制两台步进电机以便调整固定支架的位置,直到固定平面与太阳光垂直。旋转台上固定接受太阳光部件的表面始终与太阳光垂直,因而能大大提高其太阳能的利用效率。
A new two-dimension automatic revolving platform is developed in the paper, the included angle between incident light and normal of clamping plane is indirectly measured by PSD sensor, then single chip control two stepper motors to regulate the position of clamping plane until clamping plane be upright with sunlight. The surface of component that accept sunlight and be fixed on the revolving platform can be upright with sunlight all the time, so utilization efficiency of solar-energy can be increased.
