摘要
以全视觉贴片机的研制为例,全面深层次揭示了中小企业在研制具有自主知识产权的电子装备产品中,应该如何正确选择研发策略和建立研发平台、研发管理机制等问题。
This paper takes the R&D of the full visual Mounter as the example and explains deeply how to correctly choose strategies of R&D and establish platform、management system of R&D.Small and middle corporations should pay attention on this when they research and manufacture themselves electronic equipment.
