摘要 　设计了一种用于高级数码相机的CCD图像采样接口电路。简单介绍了图像采样接口电路的设计要求,重点描述了图像采样接口电路中各个模块的设计。整个电路作为数码相机专用集成电路芯片的一部分,通过了FPGA验证,并用TSMC0.25μmSAGETM工艺进行了ASIC实现。 A CCD interface circuit used in advanced digital cameras is designed in the paper The requirement of the circuit is briefly introduced, and the analysis and design of each block in the circuit are described in detail The CCD interface circuit consists of about 20 000 gates and occupies an area of 076 mm×114 mm, and it is implemented in TSMC's 025 μm SAGETM technology
