摘要 在表面涡模型的基础上,发展了一种能用于压气机不同叶型,在亚临界工况下叶片反问题设计方法——影响矩阵法。方法利用隐式的残值修正思想构造出一个能够连接叶片表面压力函数变化和叶型坐标变化的影响矩阵,同正问题的二维、无粘、势流的有限元法相结合而成。给出的数值结果表明了影响矩阵法用于叶片设计的有效性和准确性,能够满足工程技术要求。本文发展的这一方法的主要目的是:用于对文献[6]以解析方法得到的相似变换准则所具有的相似精度作出数值修正,从而提高叶片表面附近的流动相似精度。 An implicit method for sub-critical compressor blade design was developed based on the surface vortex distribution model. The method utilizes implicit residual correction to construct an influence matrix which relates the variation of pressure coefficient distribution on blade surface with that of blade coordinates, and the problem is solved with a two-dimensional finite element potential flow field solver. The main purpose of developing this method is to provide a high accuracy numerical correction to a blade designed using an approximate analytical similarity transformation. Sample numerical validations presented in this paper show that this method is effective and accurate and thus has potentials in engineering applications.
