摘要
利用 CBMdis、MEDL INE、CSCD等数据库 ,对我校发表的学术论文及被引证情况等诸多方面 ,进行产出力与影响力的文献计量学研究 ,旨在为科研管理部门提供科研绩效评价理论依据 。
It is analyzed that productivity and impact of scientific article produced by authors in Harbin Medical University,by retrieval of database such as CBMdisc?Medline and CSCD.The aim of this kind of analysis is to provide evidence for the administration of scientific research,according to which evaluation and decision of scientific research is to be done.And also the conclusion is to be drawn,which is constructive to the scientific research in Harbin Medical University.
