21世纪是全球网络化、市场一体化的世纪 ,面对充满机遇和挑战的国际市场竞争 ,我国船舶修造企业要全面提升竞争实力 ,振兴民族工业 ,提高市场份额 ,必须尽快实施科技创新的发展战略 ,提高管理的现代化水平。生产管理作为整个企业管理系统的一大子系统 ,对促进船舶修造企业整体管理水平的提高起着至关重要的作用。文章分析了我国船舶修造企业生产管理模式的弊端 ,并介绍了企业生产管理的现代化变革。
