摘要
采用原子吸收法测定黑木耳中铅、镉的含量。同时还对一种黑木耳中的铅、镉元素进行了回收实验 ,本方法回收率在 95 %— 10 5 %之间 ,RSD% <5 % 。
Lead and cadmium in jew's-ear were determined by flame atomic absorption spectrometry.At the same time, a reclaiming experiment for lead and cadmium in jew's-ear was made.The recovery and the RSD are 95%—105% and 5%,respectively.The method was accurate.
