摘要
按Langendorff法进行离体老龄大鼠心脏灌流、缺氧再给氧后制备心肌匀浆,采用TBA反应比色法测定MDA含量。结果表明:半胱氨酸及胱氨酸(25μg/kg、50μg/kg、100μg/kg、200μg/kg)对缺氧、再给氧心肌MDA含量均有明显的降低作用(P<0.01),分别与维生素E(100μg/kg、200μg/kg)对照比较,三种药物中半胱氨酸抑制作用最强,而胱氨酸和维生素E相近,与抗衰老有关。
Langendorff method was used to prepare myocardial homogenate of old rats after ischemia and reperfusion. The results showed by TBA reaction colorimetry that cysteine and cystine decreased markedly the levels of MDA in the myocardium during ischeia and reperfusion as compared with vitamin E 100μg/kg. Inhibition effect of cysteine was maximal and the effects of cystine and vitamin E were simlar.
