摘要
通过八甲基环四硅氧烷 (D4 )和γ -哌嗪基丙基 -甲基 -二甲氧基硅烷 (硅烷偶联剂 70 8)的乳液共聚 ,合成了半透明或透明的哌嗪基改性硅乳液。研究了聚合温度、硅烷偶联剂用量、乳化剂的选择对硅乳液性能的影响。结果表明 :聚合温度 60~ 65℃、硅烷偶联剂 70 8的用量为D4 单体质量的 2 %~5 %、采用阳 /非离子型乳化剂时 ,合成的微乳液稳定性好 ;对全棉浅色织物进行整理无明显的泛黄现象 ,并具有很好的手感 。
Translucence or transparent piperazine modified silicone emulsion was synthesized by emulsion co-polymerization of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and γ-piperazine-propyl-methyl-dimethoxy silane(silane coupling agent 708). The effects of polymerization temperature, content of silane coupling agent 708, kind of emulsifier on the stabilization of the emulsion were studied. The results showed that adopting cation/non-ion emulsifier, the emulsion owns excellent stabilization when the polymerization temperature are 60~65℃, the content of silane coupling agent 708 is 2 %~5 % of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane. The cotton fabrics treated with the piperazine modified silicone emulsion have soft and smoothing and no apparent appearance of being yellow.
