摘要
通过对含沙水流条件下水轮机导叶的水力损失及磨蚀机理进行分析研究 ,重新设计制作了活动导叶的翼型 ,并与现行标准导叶在专门设计的模型实验台上进行了对比实验 ,得出了一些有价值的结果。
After having studied the mechanism of hydraulic lose and silt erosion in guide vane passages of hydraulic turbine, working under muddy water conditions, we redesigned and machined the aerofoil profiles of some adjustable guide vanes, then tested them in a specially designed model test rig, and compared with the test results of current standard profile. From the comparison, valuable conclusions are deduced. These results may sever as a useful reference in future research on guide vane aerofoil profiles to be used in silt-laden water flow.
