摘要
依照《民办教育促进法》 ,对照《社会力量办学条例》的相关内容 ,侧重于对两者之间的区别进行对比分析 ,借以从中发现《民办教育促进法》的创新点和突破点。
In this article the arthor compares the Law Promoting Private Education with the relevant content of the Regulations Governing Private Schools and lays particular emphasis on comparison and analysis of the differences between the two so as to find out some creativeness and break-throughs in the law.
