介绍了机械密封从接触式到非接触式或从非接触式到接触式的转变点———密封面顶开现象,并讨论了表面粗糙度、锥度、波度、台阶和凹槽等影响密封面升举的因素和相应密封的升举特性,提出了几种判断顶开点的准则。所有这些对于机械密封的设计和使用都很重要。
?The transition of mechanical face seal from contacting to noncontactingor noncontacting to contacting ,i.e.justliftoff phenomena was described. Factors effecting on liftoff of seal faces,such as face roughness,coning,waveness,steps and recess,and liftoff characteristics were discussed.Particularly criterion for determing justliffoff point was presented. All of these were very importanft for mechanical seal design and application.
